MOBILE PORTA SHIELD
The Mobile Lead Porta-Shield is a convenient and effective way to quickly provide radiation protection to personnel or patients. The Porta-Shield sits on a heavy duty, five castor base. The base offers a sturdy 24-inch diameter, to ensure smooth and stable transportation around the room. It comes in three parts, for quick and easy assembly. The adjustable telescoping hole allows the shield height to be set by the user. The top of the shield can be as low as 36 inches, or as high as 56 inches. The Mobile Lead Porta-Shield has 0.5 millimeter lead equivalency, which meets industry standards for medical x-ray protection. It is a simple and effective product to have in any room where radiation protection is needed. HEAVY DUTY MOBILE SHIELD-PVC
Constructed of durable PVC, our lead barrier offers an open base design to prevent tripping & promote safety. This adjustable barrier is mobile with swivel casters and equipped with height adjustable with tightening knobs. The top of the lead shield is 36″ H when lowered and 58″ H at the maximum. It has .5 mm Pb equivalent shield, 95.83% at 100 kV. Lead Shield measures 24″ x 24″. Ships standard on 3″ Casters. PVC Tubing is 1″ thick. Distance between casters (measured from inside): 24″. Distance legs extend from front/back: 19″ total Height of center post from bottom of floor: 6.5″. This product contains no ferrous metals. Shield is attached to top rod with five snap-buttons, and the rod is then slid into place on the base. This base is designed for use with included shield only. Warranty: 90 days on PVC base and lead shield against manufacturing defects
